In an effort to examine the racial and cultural currents that collided on the 2004 Super Bowl stage and explore how the incident impacted one of the most successful pop musicians in history, the New York Times has done a deep-dive doc into the performance that left Janet Jackson blackballed, while Justin Tiimberlake left unscathed.

The same folks behind "NY Times Presents" that brought us Framing Britney Spears will release their latest doc on FX and Hulu on the 19th.
