Britney Spears Plans To Boycott Performing If Father Remains Conservator

What's the longest you've gone without speaking to your parents? It's been 15 months since Britney Spears has spoken to her father, Jamie.

The beef began summer of last year when the Pop princess's dad got into a physical altercation with her eldest, Sean Preston, and it escalated to the point of her children's father, Kevin Federline, seeking legal restraint.

In court this week, the #FreeBrtiney movement took a blow as the conservatorship remains in Brit's dad's hands as the lead conservator, and now we're hearing that she doesn't want to step on stage until he's removed. We're hoping he budged since (1) we miss Britney (and live shows in general), and (2) he won't be making much for the estate since Brit's major cash flow is from shows.

Meanwhile, a new song has officially released on 12-inch vinyl in Urban Outfitter stores, and it won't release on digital until November 27th. It's called "Swimming In The Stars." Thoughts?
